What is it?

Spacedesk is display-extension software that makes another device behave like an extra monitor for a Windows PC. A driver on the PC creates a virtual display, then streams it over WiFi or USB to the Spacedesk app on a tablet, phone, or even another computer's browser. To Windows it looks exactly like a plugged-in monitor — you can extend or duplicate your desktop onto it.

Who should use it?

People who want a second screen without buying one: students studying with references beside their writing, remote workers who travel with a tablet, and anyone with an old iPad or Android tablet gathering dust in a drawer.
